Comfortable accommodation in a mountain-type guesthouse in the heart of the beautiful Šumava nature.
Family type pension offers accommodation since the year 2000.
Villa Toskana is located in Zelena Lhota, in a very quiet location, 12 km far from Zelezna Ruda. It lies at an altitude of 550 m and in winter you can enjoy plenty of snow.

Apartment
It has a separate entrance from the garden where you will find a hall, living room, and bedroom.
Total capacity is 4 persons (double bed, bunk bed). Parking is next to the apartment. WiFi free. Bike storage.
The living room has a kitchen equipped with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle. There is coach and sitting. Bedroom has double bed and bunk bed. Modern bathroom with toilet, TV. The apartment has direct access to the garden.

Winter Garden
The social room consists of a winter glass porch with a view of the garden and woods. Here you can sit comfortably by the fireplace and watch the snowy white landscape.
Gardens
Our garden 3500 m is very well maintained and fenced. There are a gazebo and a fireplace.
